Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note: We do not accept returns on items that are customized, on clearance, or purchased during promotional sales unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
